Historic Bardstown, Kentucky isn’t known as the Bourbon Capital of the World® for nothing. With 11 unique distilleries within 16 miles of downtown, Bardstown is the authentic home to National Bourbon Day each year. We’re hosting a celebration of all things bourbon Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June 12, 2021. Stick around for Sunday morning, June 13, and enjoy one of many boozy brunches around town!

Lux Row Distillers has two very special days planned for our National Bourbon Day Celebration! For starters, all Lux Row tour guests on Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June 12 will receive a free sample of their Daviess County French Oak Finish product at the bar. Additionally, guests on tour will also get a fifth pour and a chance to try both Daviess County finishes. At the beautiful Lux Row bar, they will be featuring the Bardstown Bourbon Punch Cocktail for $13. You keep the glassware! Tour options below:

On Friday, June 11, do the premium Evenings with Ezra experience. This VIP experience leads you through the bourbon-making process, including a behind-the-scenes look into one of their gorgeous rickhouses. Afterwards, enjoy an exclusive tasting experience featuring multiple Ezra Brooks bourbons, finished off with Ezra Bourbon Cream for dessert. At the end, enjoy an Ezra Brooks cocktail while you shop and hang out on the patio. Keep the glass when you’re finished! The Evenings with Ezra tour is $40 and may be booked here.

On Saturday, June 12, join Lux Row Distillers at their outdoor bar for specialty cocktails, neat pours, and flights! You can make a day of it, as they’ll also have a food truck on site. Cheers!

During our National Bourbon Day Celebration, fabulous Bardstown Bourbon Company is offering one of their tasty barrel-aged Old Fashioned cocktails to anyone on a tour Friday, June 11 – Sunday, June 13.

Offering multiple unique tour options on their spectacular campus just outside downtown Bardstown, this distillery is not one to miss when in Bardstown! Brand new Log Still Distillery at Dant Crossing in Gethsemane, KY will be hosting Monk’s Road® Y’All! at their new state-of-the-art Tasting Room on Friday, June 11th and Saturday, June 12th. During the days from 10 am – 5 pm, the Tasting Room will be taking bookings for Tastings & Tours and anyone wearing Log Still, Dant Crossing, or Yake & Amen merch will receive a discount on additional purchases. Guests will be some of the first to try our recently released Monk’s Road® Fifth District Series 6yr Bourbon Whiskey.

Beginning at 5 pm each night, the Tasting Room will convert to the Bar with live music, drink specials, and food trucks. Any guest attending Friday or Saturday night wearing Log Still, Dant Crossing, or Yake & Amen Merch will also receive discounts on purchases. Check them out!

The oldest continually operating distillery in all of Bardstown, Barton 1792 Distillery is offering a unique free gift for anyone who does a tour and/or tasting on Friday, June 11 and Saturday, June 12! Additionally, anyone taking a tour on those two days will be given a very special premium pour as a little National Bourbon Day gift.

Barton 1792 Distillery offers two unique options, either a tour or tasting. The Barton Tradition Tour & Tasting is an hour-long experience that takes you through the process of distilling and aging their fine bourbon whiskey and ends with a complimentary tasting. A Taste of Barton 1792 is a complimentary tasting of some of Barton’s award-winning spirits.

Come to historic downtown Bardstown to meet the one and only Freddie Noe, eighth generation Master Distiller at legendary James B. Beam Distilling Co.!

As their main visitor experience is currently undergoing renovations, Freddie will be set up in the James B. Beam popup shop on Third St., right in the heart of downtown Bardstown. He’ll be doling out tastings of special product and loves to meet fellow bourbon fans. The James B. Beam popup shop is located in downtown Bardstown at 127 N. Third St.

Also, come back and see the all new James B. Beam Distilling Co. campus, including the brand new Fred B. Noe Craft Distillery, when it opens in fall of 2021!
