Join Lux Row Distillers and Limestone Branch Distillery for dinner and conversation from each distillery centered around our 2024 Bardstown Collections. This one-night-only event features an opportunity to taste both 2024 Bardstown Collections and purchase each bottle.
Lux Row Distillers’ contribution will feature three single barrels from our wheat recipe (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley). Aged six years, these barrels went through an additional toasted finishing process with our toasted caramel honey staves for a rich, full-bodied finish that pairs well with the wheat. Master Distiller John Rempe specifically chose the finishing staves to create an bourbon that’s as unique as our hometown of Bardstown.
Limestone Branch Distillery's contribution to this year’s collection is a six-year-old, 100% pot-distilled wheated bourbon selected by Master Distiller Stephen Beam. This mash bill dates back to our records from the 1930s. The bourbon has 28% red winter wheat, which produces an exceptionally approachable yet complex whiskey. To be a fan of bourbon is to be a student of history, and this release takes you back in time and lets you enjoy a bourbon from another era.
