Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest – Arbor Day Adopt a Tree

Come celebrate Kentucky’s Arbor Day! Bernheim will have 1,000 tree saplings from 10 different species to give away. Members from our Horticulture Department, along with knowledgeable volunteers will be on hand to discuss all things tree-related as we celebrate Arbor Day. Look forward to seeing you there!

All trees will be sapling-whip (species dependent). The tree’s root structure will need to stay moist from the time it leaves Bernheim and is planted in its forever home.
